I found this photographer, Michael Kenna's work whilst doing research fo a project I'm working on and it reminded me of the work of Masao Yamamoto from my previous post. They have that same ethereal quality. I would love to know how to do that.

I went to the Victoria and Albert Museum in London a couple of months ago and saw an amazing book by the photographer Masao Yamamoto. He creates amazing installations and books with his photographs. He tea stains some of the papers he prints onto and tears the edges and crumples them to give them an old world feel. Aren't they beautiful.

This is my first blog and my aim is for it be a collection of things I find, or see that inspire me in some way, so I can pass them on and hope to inspire others. It will be visual inspiration, as this is my background, but it won't be restricted within that, just anything that takes my fancy. So be prepared to be inspired, I hope.
