Now the thought of knitting immediately makes you think of your grandmother, but the other day I went to Spitalfields and brick lane markets with a friend and saw several people at their stalls waiting for customers and knitting! These markets are young and trendy so there were very few grandmothers present, so knitting seems to have made a comeback with my generation. Here is an example of how knitting has been updated through it's usage. What do you think?
